These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Fanny Masiot ("I", "me", "my"). By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Scope of practice

I am a somatic coach, Reiki Master practitioner, and sound healing facilitator — not a licensed physician, psychologist, therapist, or medical provider. The services I offer are complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and personal growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, or emergency services and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or injury that you may have.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are not seeking medical diagnosis or treatment, and that you take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. If you are currently working with a medical or mental health provider, I encourage you to continue that care alongside any work we do together.

What sessions include

Sessions may include reiki energy work, sound healing with crystal singing bowls or other instruments, somatic awareness practices, and embodied conversation. The content of each session is guided by what feels most supportive for you in the moment and is never prescriptive or guaranteed to produce specific outcomes.

Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns before your first session

• Communicate openly if anything feels uncomfortable during a session

• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions following our work together

• Treat all session content as personal and confidential

Cancellation and rescheduling

I ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee. No-shows without notice will be charged the full session fee.

I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice. In the event I cancel, you will not be charged.

Refund policy

Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice (see above) are fully refundable or may be rescheduled at your preference. Session packages are non-refundable once partially used, but unused sessions may be transferred or credited at my discretion. I am committed to your satisfaction and will always try to find a fair resolution.

Confidentiality

Everything shared in sessions is held in strict confidence. I will not disclose information about you or our work together to any third party except as required by law — for example, if there is a risk of imminent harm to yourself or others.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of this website or participation in sessions. My total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the session in question.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, and materials — is owned by Fanny Massiot and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
