Landing & arriving in the body
Slowing down enough to notice what's actually happening, not what you think is happening, but what the body is doing.
We establish a working relationship, identify the patterns most present, and begin building a felt sense of safety in the body that most high-functioning people have never been taught to access.
Moving & working with what's there
With awareness established, we begin working directly with what the body is holding: the patterns, the contractions, the places that have been braced for a long time.
Sessions here tend to feel more active, sometimes more uncomfortable, and often more clarifying. This is where real shifts begin to happen.
Integrating & making it yours
Taking what's shifted and anchoring it into everyday life.
We build practices you can sustain independently, work with any remaining edges, and close the container in a way that honours what's happened. The goal was always your own autonomy, not your dependence on the work.
While the body leads the way, the journey will follow the below structure, adapting as we go through the process
What's included:
12 somatic coaching sessions: 75–90 min each, bi-weekly via Zoom. Reiki and sound healing woven in when the body calls for it.
Session notes & reflections: Brief written notes after each session (what we worked with, what emerged, what to notice before next time).
Between-session support:Voice note check-ins between sessions, a place to process what's arising without waiting two weeks.
Closing integration guide: At the end of month 6, a personalised summary of your practices, patterns, and what to carry forward independently.
